My 2015 Beauty Favorites

Hello everyone! I am probably the last person to write about 2015 favorites but I thought it was appropriate cuz it is still January haha. Most of the products that I will mention I have already mentioned in my blog before but they just need another shout out!

Lets start off with foundation. I have mentioned the Revlon Colorstay so many times but it is my go to foundation. I have tryed out a few others throughout the year and I always just go back to Colorstay. I am on the look out for a new foundation since I have been using this one for about three years and it is time for a change. I love the coverage but the only problem I have with it is the color. I can never find a perfect color for myself and I always look too pink. Do any of you know which shade is light and a bit more warm and yellow toned?

The next products I want to mention are blushes. I have three blushes that I have used constantly last year. The first one is E831E Pearlescent Pink by Wet n Wild. This was my go to summer blush and I literally used it every day of the summer. The pigmentation is awesome and as you can see I hit pan on mine.

The next two are from my Makeup Revolution ultra blush palette. I have the color Sugar and Spice and the first two blushes in the palette  I have been using since fall and I still do on a daily basis. As you can see I also hit pan on one of them and the palette is pretty beat up.

There is only one makeup tool that I want to mention and that is the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. I bought this sponge last spring and I have been using it every day since. It was my favorite way to apply my Colorstay foundation. The only thing I don´t like is that it is a pain to clean and I can never get it looking really clean,  With that being said..ignore its dirtyness in the picture. 

Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 eyeshadow palette was my go to palette. The colors are a dupe for the UD naked 3 palette. These are not the best quality eyeshadows but for my every day needs they work perfectly fine. The colors are beautiful and the price is amazing. I would suggest an eyeshadow primer with these. As you can see in the picture below I have really used mine a lot!

I have tryed a couple of different eyelashes from the drugstore and they just did not work out for me. They were too heavy and uncomfortable on my eyes. Finally I found a store that sells Ardell eyelashes and I was so excited because everyone raves about them. I bought the style 120 Demi black and I was so pleasantly surprised when I put them on. They were so light and comfortable. I didn´t feel them on my eyes at all.

Now lets talk about some lip products. I am a huge Wet n Wild fan and their Megalast lipsticks are AMAZING!!! I have so many colors and I absolutely love them. My most worn are definitely Bare it all, Sugar Plum Fairy and Cherry Bomb. Also Stoplight Red is the perfect red for me.

Another lip product that I definitely have to mention is the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet. If I am not wearing a WnW lipstick then I am definitely weaing this, I can´t say enough good things about this product. It is so comfortable on the lips and lasts a really long time. I have mine in the color Nude-ist and I really want to pick up more shades. 

While we are talking about lips I just want to mention my favorite lip balm. It is the Labello lip butter in Vanilla & Macadamia. I have gone through a couple of these and I use it every morning when I wash my face and every night before going to sleep. It smells really good and it protects my lips very well.

It was so hard for me to narrow down my nailpolishes to a top 5 because there are so many colors that I love. So my favorites in a random order are:

- Bourjois Turquoise block

- Wet n Wild Wear Skinny Jeans (limited edition)

- Ados cosmetics 551

- Catrice (S)wimbledon

- Essence Mandarine Bay

As you can see all the colors are kind of springy but those are just the types of colors that I like to wear year round.

I don´t like to wash my hair often because it is long and curly..and a pain in the butt to style. Dry shampoo is a must have for me because it helps keep my hair clean looking between washes. Batiste dry shampoo is my favorite and I have mentioned it in previous posts. I absolutely love it and it works so well for me.

Last but not least I want to mention the Victoria´s Secret fragrance mist in Amber Romance. I have worn this all summer because it is light and it smells so good!! 

Those would be my favorite products of 2015. As you can see I did not have a favorite mascara or lipgloss. I have tryed a lot but there was nothing that just stood out to me.

March Favorites

 Hello everyone!!! In todays post I will be sharing my March favorites. I decided not to do a February favorites post because I really didn´t have many. It was basically all the same stuff from January. There isn´t a lot this month either but I wanted to share them anyway.

The first thing that I have been loving is this body oil spray from Avon.  It is called the Skindisiac and it has passionfruit in it. I just think that it smells really good and it doesn´t leave my skin oily.

I have been using this Eveline Art Scenic foundation every day of this month. It is not my all time favorite foundation but I do really like it. I might do a review on it soon so keep your eyes out for that. 

Karl Says Tres Chic is such a pretty color from Catrice and I have enjoyed wearing it this month. I wrote a little bit more about it here .

I have been enjoying this Ziaja cocoa butter cream. It smells so so good and it is pretty thick. I like using it at night and under my makeup. I don´t think that it will suit me when it gets warmer but it was perfect for these colder winter months. 

I purchased another Wet n Wild megalast lipstick in the shade E902C Bare It All. I have been wearing it every single day since I bought it. Sometimes on its own and sometimes with this Claire´s lipgloss on top. The lipgloss isnt that great but I just like the color of these two together.

This is the Artdeco blush from the Dita Von Teese collection in the shade 20. I really like this soft pink color a lot and I have been wearing it almost every day.

Last but not least is this Manhattan Khol Kajal eyeliner in the color black 1010N. My friend gave this to me and I have been using it a lot this month and I really like it.

January 2014 favorites

       
       Hello everyone! I know that I am a little late with this post but you know what they say : better late then never! :) I don´t have a lot of them but the items that I will show you are awesome!!

1. Avon senses Winter cocoon shower cream - The scent is luxurious sandalwood and vanilla and I absolutely love it, just can´t stop sniffing it! :)

2. Bioderma micelle solution- I absolutely love this stuff, it is so gentle and removes makeup really well but I am on the hunt for a drugstore dupe. :)

3. Avon edp Far Away- one of my all time favorite fragrances especially for winter It is strong, sweet but not overpowering. love love love

4. Wet n Wild fast dry nailpolish in the color Silvivor- I knew right away that this was a favorite because I applyed it twice in a row and I never do that :) 

5. Alverde lipstick pencil in the color 20 Nude - i just love the color of this and wore it a lot through January.

6. Avon Rose kisses lipgloss in the color Rosette - I love this color it makes my lips look juicy and the packaging is adorable!

7. Carmex chapstick- all time favorite chapstick I love everything about it!
