OOTD : Red Jeans

Hello everyone!! I am really starting to like these OOTD posts so here is another one!

For this beautiful warm day I decided to go with a very simple but cute outfit!

I am so proud to say that I bought this peplum top on sale for about $1.50 at the end of last summer at New Yorker.

I usually like to keep my accessories very simple and not go over board with anything. As you can see here I just added a gold necklace from H&M and it has 2 red hearts on it.

Shirt: New Yorker
Pants: H&M
Flats: Franco ( very old )
Purse: H&M
Necklace: H&M
Sunglasses: Vogue

I hope you like it and have a great day!! xoxo

NOTW : Urban Turquoise

Happy Sunday everyone!! I hope you are having a great weekend. Today I wanted to share with you this weeks nails in the color 120 Urban Turquoise by Maybelline mini Colorama.

I have not worn this color in the longest time so I decided to give it a go. I used to be obsessed with this one, but now I am not that big of a fan anymore. It is a very pretty color but it just doesn´t excite me any more like other colors do ( is that weird?! ).

I also really like these Maybelline mini Colorama nailpolishes even though I don´t think they are being sold anymore. I haven´t seen them at my local drugstores in a very long time. Have you seen them lately?

All in all, I am happy with the quality of this nailpolish but the color isn´t that exciting any more. Maybe thats because I wore it too often in the past...?

Thank you all so much for reading!! xoxo

New In

Hello everyone!! I just wanted to show you a few items that I purchased over the last week or two. I don´t have many to show, but I want to anyways :)

- Essence nail art nailpolish remover ultra - I ran out of nailpolish remover so I decided to pick this one up since I have never tryed it before. I only used it once so far so I don´t really have an opinion on it yet!

- Somersets extra delicate English shaving oil - I actually won this little guy in a giveaway on Facebook and I am very excited to try it because I have very sensitive skin. I really hope that it works for me and makes shaving easier..

- Encian Neven cream ( neven means calendula, so this is a calendula cream) - This is a repurchase. I ran out of my other face cream so I decided to buy this one again since calendula is good for the skin. I use it before makeup and at night before bed.

- Ziaja cocoa butter shower soap- I already have a Ziaja cocoa butter face cream and I really liked it so I wanted to try something else from the line and I picked this. So far I am loving it.

- Eveline Cosmetics Sun Care water resistant body sun milk- I really needed a new sunscreen since summer is coming and I will be spending lots of time at the beach . I chose this one from Eveline and I think I will like it since I am not picky with my sun screens.

- Wet n Wild megalast liquid lip color - I picked up this liquid lip color in the shade Click on my Hyper Pink . I loved this color as soon as I saw it but I never really wanted to buy it since I did not read the best reviews on these. After a while I just decided to give it a go since it is not expensive.

Those are all of the items that I picked up lately. Have you picked up anything new?

Thank you so much for reading !!! xoxo

NOTW : Hang - Ten Toes

Hello everyone!!

Hang- Ten Toes is a bright pink nailpolish from the China Glaze Summer Neons collection. It has purple-ish shimmer in it and I used two coats to make it opaque.

I really like the quality of this nailpolish and it dries quickly, but one thing that I am not really a fan of is the way it looks when it dries. It is not a matte nailpolish but it isnt very shiny either. This can be easily fixed with a clear top coat so it is not a big deal at all but I just wanted to mention that.

I have a problem with wanting to take pictures as soon as I paint my nails, I don´t even clean up the edges first :/ ( oops)

I really love this cool toned pink and I always enjoy seeing it on my nails and toe nails :)

Have any of you tryed this shade or a similar one? What do you think?

Thank you so much for reading and have a nice day !!! xoxo

NOTW: Eveline miniMAX 811

Hey everyone!! This week I have been wearing this Eveline nailpolish in the color 811 with a water marble accent nail.

I would describe this as a true blue creme color and I absolutely love it. I also mentioned it in my All Time Favorites post which you can check out here !

This color is opaque in two coats and it dries pretty quickly. I am really impressed with this nailpolish especially since it only cost about $1.50 and I wasn´t really expecting anything from it.

As you can see, I tryed a water marble on my ring finger and it didn´t turn out the way I wanted but I still think it looks pretty. The one on my other hand turned out really awful so I didn´t even take a picture of it LOL.

I hope you all like this post and color and thank you so much for stopping by!!
xoxo

Also, I recently joined instagram so feel free to follow :)

Review: Avon Naturals Indulging Chocolate Scrub

Hey everyone!! Today I am bringing you my thoughts on this yummy product from Avon. As you can see by the title, the product is a chocolate body scrub that I mentioned in a New In post not too long ago.

The scrub comes in a tube packaging which I find very practical and you get 200 ml of product.

First, lets talk about the smell. OMG this scrub smells amazing. When I am using it in my shower i feel like I am in a tub of chocolate ice cream . I really wasnt expecting it to smell legit like chocolate, but it definitely does.

It is a really light brown color and the consistency is thick. Just by looking at it you can´t even see the little beads that are inside. I find this scrub to be really mild and gentle so if you are into the rougher scrubs this is not for you.  Even though it is mild, I still think it does its job pretty well and leaves my skin smooth. You can use it 2 to 3 times a week but sometimes I use it even more often because I just can´t resist the smell. The biggest disappointment is the fact that the scent doesn´t really stay on the skin because I would love to smell like chocolate all day, who wouldnt? :)

I think that is all I have to say about this delicous scrub. I would definitely recomend it if you like gentle scrubs.

As always, thank you so much for reading!!! xoxo

NOTW : Gem Into the Future

Hello everyone!!! For this weeks NOTW I chose one from Catrice called C05 Gem Into the Future.

I believe that this is a limited edition color and I love it! In the picture above it just seems like a boring  gray but its really not.

I just couldn´t really capture the color with my camera but it is really interesting. This is a silver holographic nail polish with tiny flakes inside. When the light hits it looks so cool :)

I applyed three coats to my nails. You could get away with two but I just think three look better with this color.

Ignore the chipped ring finger :))

All in all I really like this nailpolish and the color is awesome. This is my first time wearing a holographic nailpolish and I am quite satisfied. I couldn´t keep my eyes off of my nails when I was in the sun :)

What do you think of holographic nailpolish?? Do you like this one??

As always, thank you so much for reading and check back again for more! xoxo

Review: Mixa Micellar Water

Hello everyone!!! Today I will be bringing you my thoughts on a new micellar water that I have been trying out over the past month or so.

Mixa is a French brand that recently came to drugstores in my country and I was really excited about trying out some products because they are targeted towards sensitive skin.

This micellar water is hypoallergenic and paraben and alcohol free. It also contains vitamin B5 and rose extract.

Ingredients: water, hexylene glycol, glycerin, poloxamer 184, dihydrocholeth -30, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, disodium edta, panthenol, polyaminopropyl biguanide, rosa gallica extract/rosa gallica, flower extract, parfum/fragrance.

When I first saw that this micellar water had a pump I was super excited about it because I thought it would be really practical. Unfortunately... I was wrong!  The product squirts all over the place and you can´t really control it so you end up wasting some of the product. I found a way that kind of works for me and that is to tilt the bottle and then press the pump like in the picture below :

This product does have a scent but it is very mild and it does not bother me at all. I really do like this micellar water and I don´t think that Bioderma is any better than it. It leaves my skin soft and not irritated or red at all. Also, it doesn´t burn or sting my eyes while removing eye makeup.
It takes me three round cotton pads to remove all of the products that are on my face. I can´t really tell you how it would work on waterproof liners and mascara since I never wear them but it works great on normal makeup.

Another thing I love about it, which is really important to me, is that it isn´t drying at all and doesn´t leave my skin feeling tight.

Now let´s talk about the price... for this bottle of 200 ml I payed about $6.50 which is actually not that much cheaper than Bioderma. It might seem a lot cheaper at first but you do only get 200 ml.

I think that is all I have to say about this product :) I really like it and will probably buy it again after I am done with this bottle.

Have any of you tryed this micellar water from Mixa?? Which brand do you like the best??

xoxo
